1 8.5 ounce jar Olive Oil Packed Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 cup packed Fresh Basil Leaves
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 12 ounce package dried Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
Blend tomatoes, basil, and garlic in food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to bowl.
Add in cheese and salt and pepper.
Follow pasta cooking directions, cooking to al dente. Drain and transfer to large bowl.
Mix in pesto. Top with sprinkles of parmesan cheese.
