Cavatelli with Broccoli |

Ingredients -
3 large heads Fresh Broccoli
1 pound Cavatelli
4 tablespoons Butter
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Salt |

Preparation:
Cook broccoli until crisp and tender. Set aside. Cook cavatelli as usual; drain and mix with
butter. Set aside.
In large skillet brown garlic in oil. Start adding broccoli allowing it to fry 2/3 minute
of each side. Add to bowl with cavatelli. Gently toss and transfer to casserole dish. Drizzle
with oil. Grind a sprinkle of fresh pepper over top.
Cover and heat about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 8 servings.
