Ingredients -
12 ounce uncooked Bow Tie Pasta Sauce -
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
8 ounce package sliced Mushrooms
1 1/2 cups Half and Half
1 packet Knorr Garlic Herb Sauce Mix
1 pkg grilled Chicken Breast Strips
1/3 cup sliced Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons chopped Parsley
grated Parmesan cheese, to taste |

Preparation:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta, cook as package directs. Sauce:
Melt 1 tsp butter in skillet. Add mushrooms, saute until browned and tender. Remove. Add half
and half and sauce mix to skillet, stir to blend. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer until
thickened. Stir in remaining butter, mushrooms, chicken, tomatoes, and cheese. Cook to heat
through. Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Return pasta to pot, add sauce, cooking
water, and parsley, toss to mix.
